Requirements

  • Interns must be 18+ years old and enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university.
  • We base internship opportunities on our business needs. The number of positions available may vary.
  • We highly encourage actuarial students to have sat for or completed at least one exam by the time of their internship interview.

The internship is a full-time position.

You work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Usually, applications open in the fall and are decided upon at the beginning of winter.

There is no housing provided, but there are several affordable housing options in the surrounding area.

Yes, it is not uncommon for interns to be hired on full-time or even part-time after the internship.

OneAmerica gets a large number of applicants, so it is important to apply for these positions as early as possible.

Yes, each open position is usually through a different department, even if the skill set and job seem similar.

While job-specific skills are important, OneAmerica looks for leadership and communication skills above all else.

The dress code at OneAmerica is business choice.
