As President and head of Employee Benefits for OneAmerica Financial^®, Joe Ingream is responsible for all aspects of the organization's group benefits business, including overseeing strategy, distribution, finance, underwriting, product development, operations, and service.

Ingream joined the companies of OneAmerica Financial in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of group-benefits leadership experience to the role. He was vice president and chief operating officer for Prudential’s group insurance segment, among other executive positions there. He’s a former board member of the Integrated Benefits Institute. He currently sits on LIMRA’s and ACLI’s Worksite Benefits councils. Before joining Prudential, Ingream was with Aetna, where he led the absence and disability benefit management organization, among other roles.

Prior to working in the insurance industry, Ingream spent 14 years as a corpsman in the U.S. Navy, specializing in clinical pathology. He earned a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an MBA from the University of Portland in Oregon.

Ingream lives in Scarborough, Maine, with his wife, Stacey, and three daughters. He has been active with the local education foundation and as a youth coach. He is a former board member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maine, and currently serves on the Preble St. board.
