A results-driven operations executive, Heather Hutchinson is responsible for guiding business efficiency and operational excellence. She and her teams identify, evaluate and execute strategic options throughout OneAmerica Financial^SM. Alongside her teams, Hutchinson focuses on supply base strategies, enterprise quality maturity and accelerating business benefits.

Previously, Hutchinson served as vice president of operations in the Retirement Services line of business and vice president, Vendor Management.

Before joining the companies of OneAmerica Financial, Hutchinson focused on operations leadership, third-party risk mitigation, global project execution and talent development as the senior vice president of operations and vendor performance management at MasterCard International. As a procurement manager at Anheuser-Busch, she led strategic sourcing, process improvements, complex negotiations and project execution. She held key roles in strategic sourcing, delivering significant cost savings and efficiencies through multiple sourcing strategies. 

Hutchinson holds a master’s degree in marketing from Webster University and received her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and two teenagers and can often be found in the stands rooting for her daughters’ high school basketball and esports teams.
