Junior Fellows Program
A full-time, paid summer job. Selected high school students and recent graduates learn about OneAmerica Financial and the financial services industry. Participants experience accountability at work through engaging projects and exposure to a variety of financial services careers.
This year’s application cycle for the Junior Fellows Program is now closed. The next cycle will open in January 2025.
I didn’t always see myself as a leader, but after going through Pathways and working with my mentor at OneAmerica Financial, I started to see how I take on leadership roles at home and in school. It changed how I thought about myself.

Junior Associates Program
A paid, part-time opportunity for high school graduates that offers one-on-one mentoring and skills training for career success.

The Pathways program offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to school. The opportunities are big. The advantages are invaluable. If you show you have a strong work ethic and are determined, the possibilities are endless.

OneAmerica Financial Mentors
Pathways Program students are each paired with a OneAmerica Financial employee who serves as a mentor. Mentors engage with students in personal and professional development, meeting weekly to provide students with support, guidance and focused feedback.
