- 20 characters maximum
- Must contain at least 3 of the following:
- Upper case letter
- Lower case letter
- Number
- Special characters; allowable special characters include:
~ ! @ # % ^ & ( ) - _ + =
- Cannot contain User ID
- Cannot contain spaces
