MyTrack personas provide a path for targeted, individualized participant education

OneAmerica® today announced MyTrack, a new, persona-based approach to education and financial wellness that connects retirement plan participants with individualized, relevant resources to guide them on the path to retirement. By meeting participants where they are when it comes to retirement preparation, MyTrack provides a plotted, customized course to help participants plan for and manage their financial journeys – both today and into the future.

The MyTrack approach is based on a series of four demographic personas, built by harnessing specific plan data, industry profiles and proprietary OneAmerica survey data. Motivations, future goals and pain points are identified for each persona, as well as potential solutions and action steps that may be appropriate. Built on this foundation of personas, MyTrack provides a blueprint to help align unique participant experiences to individual behaviors and expectations – creating a more personalized educational experience and connection focused on driving participant action.

MyTrack encompasses three key elements that have always been differentiators for OneAmerica – deepening relationships, offering customized solutions and emphasizing education. “MyTrack of course hits on the importance of customization and education,” McCarthy added. “But it also highlights the relationship we have with our plan sponsors and financial professionals. The persona-based approach will allow plan sponsors to support their employees in a whole new way, improving both plan and individual outcomes. And financial professionals will have incredible new insight into the ways they can serve participants in a much more holistic way that goes beyond just the retirement plan.”

While MyTrack focuses on participant retirement preparation, it also includes foundational and auxiliary financial concepts to provide holistic financial education solutions.
