A.M. Best Affirms Superior Rating for OneAmerica Companies

OneAmerica^® announced today that insurance rating agency A.M. Best has affirmed the A+ (Superior) financial strength rating of American United Life Insurance Company^® (AUL) and its affiliates, The State Life Insurance Company® (State Life) and Pioneer Mutual Life Insurance Company^® (PML), all OneAmerica companies. 

The A+ (Superior) rating is the second highest of 16 rating categories assigned by the agency in evaluating financial strength.

The rating agency determined these ratings  through its Best’s Credit Rating Methodology, which provides a comprehensive explanation of A.M. Best’s rating process and contains the rating criteria employed in the rating process.
