Online Account Services — Plan participants can access their retirement account information online, 24/7.

Participant Service Center — Any-time access to an interactive voice response system lets participants check account balances, change personal information, review investment options and more. Participant Service Representatives provide additional assistance on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. 

Plan Design, Consulting and Regulatory Services — We assist sponsors with plan design solutions, document maintenance, testing services and help them comply with retirement plan regulations.

eSponsor® — Plan  sponsors/administrators have easy, anytime access to plan and participant information. 

Enrollment Features

Automatic Features — Employers can choose to adopt automatic enrollment to enroll all eligible people using default deferral percentages and investment options. With the automatic increase feature, employers can increase contributions each year by a certain percent. Participants may make changes or choose not to participate.

Express Enrollment — A plan sponsor can take the guesswork out of retirement preparation and make investing easy by providing a default investment portfolio and a default deferral percentage (4% or greater).
