What is something you wish you would have brought or done differently on your first day? Be well rested because it's a long day. Do not have to bring a lot of items, because a lot is provided to you.
Describe OneAmerica culture in one word: Helpful
Best piece of advice you were given during your internship? Network with everyone and make a name for yourself. I see this happening in a lot of meetings. There are people who have not met other people in a meeting and we take the time to introduce ourselves. You have a chance to meet many different people.
What tip would you give to those interviewing for internships next summer? Ask a lot of questions. Employers love to hear you ask questions; Make sure you are interviewing the current employees to ensure this is a good fit for you as well as for the company. Write the questions down if you need to and bring them with you to the interview.
