In our 140th anniversary year, OneAmerica® is all about getting better with age. While we’re focused on where we’re headed, we’re also fondly remembering where we’ve been. That starts with our 2,000 associates. Meet a mother and daughter who represent the second and third generation of their family to take home a paycheck, meaning a combined six decades of service (and counting).  “Naturally, with both of my parents having worked here, OneAmerica has put food on my table for several years. We had a reputation for stability, and I wanted that stability,” said Vickie Griffith, who marks her 20th year with OneAmerica this fall. “So did my daughter.”
