A Culture of Caring
A Culture of Caring
You may know Indianapolis-based OneAmerica® best for our witty downtown signboards, our signature rooftop flag, and corporate citizenship that ranges from involvement in the 500 Festival Mini-Marathon to the Broad Ripple Art Fair to the Indiana Repertory Theatre. In addition, you may have seen our associates volunteering for various organizations through our partnership with United Way. In early September as part of our fourth Week of Caring, more than 700 of our associates volunteered to assist local communities and invested more than 2,000 hours.
What you may not know is OneAmerica has companies that can trace their solid foundations back 140 years in the financial services marketplace. From our Indianapolis home base, we’ve grown into a national leader in insurance and financial services, with offices in Kansas City, Milwaukee, San Diego and beyond. Our trusted advisors work and live throughout the United States.
Our mission is to help our customers build and protect their financial futures through life insurance, retirement plans, annuities, employee benefits and individual and long-term care insurance. Our legacy began in the heart of our country, and it lives on in the hearts of the people we’re committed to serve.
Here’s our most recent story of our community support and impact.
