At the AUL Enrollment Center you'll find the tools you need to get newly eligible employees started participating in your company's existing retirement plan. Just follow these steps1:
| Step 1: |
Start by printing the Participant Education Section (PDF, 441K)
|
| Step 2: |
Print the Account Services Guide (PDF, 98K) and/or the OneAmerica TeleServe® Guide (PDF, 387K). If your plan does not currently allow for electronic enrollment, you can contact your plan services consultant to activate this service for your plan.
|
| Step 3: |
If you have a 401(k) plan, profit sharing plan or money purchase plan that provides for 404(c) protection for plan fiduciaries against investment claims, print the non-registered version of the 404(c) ERISA Statement (PDF, 22K) or 404(c) ERISA Statement (Spanish) (PDF, 22K). If you have a 403(b) or 457 plan that provides for 404(c) protection, print the registered version of the 404(c) ERISA Statement (PDF, 22K) or 404(c) ERISA Statement (Spanish) (PDF, 22K). To help ensure 404(c) protection, you will need to complete the "Information provided to you" section of the applicable 404(c) ERISA Statement by filling in the name of your plan contact, address and their phone number.
FAQs for 401(k) (PDF, 514K), 403(b) (PDF, 516K) and 457 (PDF, 790K) plan types are provided for your reference and use.
