Leonard Cavallaro to Head Employee Benefits Division
Industry Veteran to Drive Growth Initiatives in Group Market

OneAmerica® today named Leonard A. Cavallaro as vice president of employee benefits for the American United Life Insurance Companyâ (AUL), a OneAmerica company. Cavallaro previously served as senior vice president of sales and marketing - benefit partners for Jefferson Pilot Financial/Lincoln Financial Group based in Omaha, Nebraska, and vice president of sales operations for CIGNA Group Insurance in Philadelphia.
As vice president, Cavallaro will lead all aspects of the employee benefits division, including product development, sales and distribution, and support operations. Cavallaro will guide the division’s growth strategy as it looks to enhance its footprint in the group insurance market.
