Lauber Joins OneAmerica® as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Indianapolis -- June 28, 2005

Effective July 1, 2005, Brian Lauber, CLU, ChFC, will join OneAmerica Financial Partners, Inc., as vice president and chief marketing officer. Lauber was recruited to provide strategic and tactical direction for the continued growth of core products manufactured and distributed by OneAmerica companies.

As vice president and chief marketing officer, Lauber will report directly to President & Chief Executive Officer Dayton Molendorp, CLU. In addition, Lauber will work in close collaboration with the company’s product division leaders and sales leadership to influence the overall direction of enterprise-wide co-marketing initiatives.

Lauber comes to OneAmerica from Principal Financial Group where he has provided strategic leadership since 1997, most recently as vice president of independent distribution. Prior to his time at Principal, Lauber was vice president of sales and marketing at Illinois Mutual. In addition, Lauber has held positions with Provident Life and Accident as well as Northwestern Mutual Life. He has a degree in business administration from Western Illinois University and is Series 7 & 24 licensed.
