AUL to offer AlwaysCare^SM benefit plans

American United Life Insurance Company^® (AUL), a OneAmerica^® company, enters a unique strategic alliance to market the AlwaysDental^SM and AlwaysVision^SM plans administered by AlwaysCare Benefits, Inc., (a Starmount Life Insurance Company), and underwritten by National Guardian Life Insurance Company.

Simultaneously, AUL and AlwaysCare Benefits signed agreements for AlwaysCare Benefits to market AUL's group life and disability products nationally, as well as to provide consolidated premium billing administration services to clients who purchase both AUL and AlwaysCare products.

Under this new alliance, AUL will market AlwaysDental and AlwaysVision. AwaysCare Benefits will be responsible for underwriting, provider networks, claims and customer service. AlwaysCare Benefits will also market AUL's life and disability products and will provide premium billing and eligibility services for groups requesting the AUL and AlwaysCare products consolidated in a single billing statement.
