R.E. Moulton, Inc.
Symetra Life Insurance Company (Symetra®) has entered into an agreement to acquire the renewal rights for stop-loss insurance policies issued by American United Life Insurance Company® (AUL) through its R.E. Moulton, Inc. (R.E. Moulton) affiliate. To minimize customer disruption, AUL employees at R.E. Moulton offices will continue to administer current AUL stop-loss insurance policies through Jan. 31, 2012 under Symetra's direction. Symetra will then assume responsibility for administration of AUL’s in force stop-loss insurance policies.
