Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

An employee assistance program (EAP) is a confidential worksite-based program that offers services to employers and employees. The EAP offered by AUL provides assessment, counseling and referral for employees with personal issues, and consultation to the employer on such issues as workplace violence, organizational change, critical incidents and conflict resolution. The EAP also offers consultation and referral services for work/life issues such as elder care, childcare, and legal and financial matters.

AUL markets the EAP offered by EAP Consultants, LLC (EAPC). This EAP is often an outstanding value for smaller employers, who typically cannot afford to offer an EAP to their employees. AUL policyholders with employer-paid group insurance coverage and one additional group insurance coverage (employer-paid or employee paid) may select a standard three yearly visits EAP plan at no cost or a six yearly visits plan at a reduced cost.

Contact an AUL financial professional for more information.

EAP Consultants LLC is not an affiliate of AUL and is not a OneAmerica company.
